The 354ml mug keeps liquids hot for 6-8 hours and cold for 12 hours. When storing cold liquids the mug is completely watertight and when making hot drinks the mug must have the mouth cap open to release steam and will be super spill proof no mater how many pot holes you drive through on the way to the lake! The wide neck, easy pour bottle is capable of holding 1 pint of milk or just a brew, keeps liquids cold for 24 hours and hot for 12!

If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances, the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
