Customer Guidance:

Shelf Life Boilies should be stored cool, dry, out of direct sunlight and should not be allowed to sweat.

Freezer Baits should be stored frozen and should be air dried if kept out of a freezer for more than 48 hrs.

Boilie Colour Variation:

Our boilies do not contain synthetic dyes so different batches of the same bait may vary in colour. This is due to natural colour variations in some of the ingredients we use (such as fish meals, spices, natural extracts etc) and does not affect the quality or performance of the bait. Our baits are as naturally attractive as we can make them... and this includes some occasional, naturally derived colour variations as you find with natural, wholesome foods that fish feed on in their own environment (such as snails, mussels, bloodworm etc).

We dispatch items Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?

No, our delivery service is limited to Mainland UK.

Please note Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man would acquire extra delivery costs.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in mutually beneficial manner.
