The neoprene Tip Safe sleeves are designed to protect your rod during transit. Once you have taken your rod apart and folded it in half, the tip protector fits snugly over the two spigot ends to stop them getting scratched or chipped, plus keeps them clean and prevents them from getting splashed with mud and grit whilst in transit around the lake. As well as cushioning the spigot ends from impact, the neoprene is very stretchy so that one size will fit any rod without falling off, and will hold the two sections close together. As well as the tip protector, you also get another neoprene sleeve which goes at the other end of your rod to hold the end of the butt and the rod tip together. This is also stretchy so that it will fit any rod, and is fastened in place with a Velcro strap.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?

No, our delivery service is limited to Mainland UK.

Please note Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man would acquire extra delivery costs.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in mutually beneficial manner.
