The ICON 7 inch filleting knife is constructed from hardened stainless
steel for increased sharpness and reliability. The blade feaures a
double taper which helps to keep it sharper for longer, this also aids
with directional cutting stability.
This knife also comes with a sharpener built into the top of the handle
which pops out when needed.

If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances, the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
