In addition to the new Ultegra reel itself the package is equipped with 1 extra spool and 4 line reducers 2x10.000/2x3.500. The extra spool in combination with the 4 line reducers gives the carp angler the opportunity to fish with different types of lines and respective line capacities according to the actual circumstances on the bank. If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances, the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
