UK MAINLAND SHIPPING ONLY
Order Dispatch:
All orders Monday-Friday, before 2pm, will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the next working day.(We sometimes process orders on the weekend however these still will not leave untill the next working day)
Bank Holiday Friday or Monday there will be NO deliveries or collections, items will leave us on the next working day even if next day service is paid forIf next-day delivery is selected after 2:00 pm on Thursday, and Friday and Monday are bank holidays, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
All shipment costs will be displayed during the checkout process

Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
Saturday delivery is available if paid for before 2pm on Friday
All next day courier deliveries are a fully tracked service with customer SMS or email notifications advising them of delivery information. Please make arrangements to receive this delivery. A customer also has the opportunity to change the day of delivery at this point.
Despite the vast majority of consignments being delivered on time, there is no gurantee by couriers, that delivery will be made by the next day for 'standard' next day deliveries. No next day courier services 'guarantee' next day delivery.
We can not be held responsible for couriers, missing estimated delivery times if the order was dispatched on time and no refunds can be given for late delivery.
It is a good idea to use an address where the delivery can be accepted. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful couriers will make one more attempt to deliver. If this attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned and there will be no postage refund plus return delivery cost deducted from your refund and no resending unless this is also paid for again.
If you provide us with a incomplete or incorrect address and this item is dispatched then we hold no responsibility for that, there will be no postage refund plus return delivery cost deducted from your refund and no resending unless this is also paid for again

If you request to have your item left in a safe place then unfortunately this will be left at your own risk
Missing Parcels
In the event a parcel is delivered to the correct address, and the parcel is then reported by the customer as stolen, the customer will need to return a completed and signed 'non-receipt of goods disclosure' form which states that the customer agrees to 'co-operate with the carrier’s security and/or the Police in the event of any investigation into the missing items'
If parcels are reported as delivered but stolen from the customer's property. The customer will need to report the theft to the police and provide us with a crime number.
