Delivery and Returns



We dispatch items Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Royal Mail and our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

48-72hr delivery from time of collection.

Please not however this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail, they state that you must allow a minimum of 10 working days before items classed as missing.(weekends not included)

Next day service

We will select the most suitable courier for your order based on the items purchased.

Please note, while we strive to offer next day delivery, it is not guaranteed. Our courier partners will make every effort to deliver your order by the next day.

For next day delivery on orders placed by 3pm on Friday, the delivery will arrive on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please select the Saturday option at checkout.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please refuse parcel and ask courier to mark as damaged for return.

Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?

No, our delivery service is limited to Mainland UK.

Please note: Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Channel Islands and Isle of Man we not able to deliver.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances, the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
