Royal Mail deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather, etc.).
Safe Place Requests:
If you request that Royal Mail or a courier leaves your parcel in a safe place, we cannot accept responsibility if the item goes missing.
🚀 Next Day Courier Service
We use DHL or FedEx for paid next day courier services, depending on the size and weight of your order.
⚠️ While we do our best to ensure next-day delivery, this is not guaranteed, as delays can sometimes occur with the courier.
Courier Collection & Delivery Times:
Collections and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched on the next working day.
No collections or deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

DHL Deliveries
If you miss the first delivery attempt, DHL will automatically try again on the next working day.
If you also miss the second attempt, your parcel will be sent to your local DHL regional hub, where it will be held for one week before being returned to us.
To manage your delivery, follow the instructions on your DHL delivery card or use their tracking website.
FedEx Deliveries
FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times.
After the third failed attempt, your parcel will be returned to the sender.
Follow the guidance on your FedEx delivery card or their tracking website to reschedule or update your delivery.
Safe Place Requests
If you choose to have your parcel left in a ‘safe place’, please be aware that:
We cannot accept responsibility if the item goes missing after it has been delivered to that location.
🚚 Bank Holiday Collection Schedule
We make some changes to our collection schedule around bank holidays to ensure smooth service. Here’s what you need to know:
No collections take place on bank holidays or weekends.
We will collect orders on:
The last working day before the bank holiday, and
- The next working day after the bank holiday.(Please note: Saturdays are not classed as working days.)
Example Scenarios:
If the bank holiday is on a Friday:
The last collection will be Thursday at 4:00 PM.
If the bank holiday is on a Monday:
The last collection will be the Friday before (as long as Friday is not also a bank holiday).

🔁 Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the following will apply:
Refund Deductions:
A 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover:
The original postage costs
Return shipping charges
If your item included a surcharge (e.g., for oversized items), this surcharge is non-refundable.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
Royal Mail and couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel multiple times (see delivery partner policies above).
If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers both the original shipping and return postage.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please refuse parcel and ask courier to mark as damaged for return. Please inform us as soon as possible
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to return anything, please inform us and return this item within 30 days of delivery. Any items returned with no information could result in delay in processing – Postage costs are to be met by the customer.
We will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products unused in original condition and packaging.
If in the unlikely event we have sent incorrect goods or the item develops a fault (within manufactural warranty), we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer.
If the item is out of warranty, we will always do your best to help resolve this where possible.
