Hemp & maize is a carp angling classic, and that’s why it just had to be a part of our new carp particles range. As particles they work perfectly together, the yellow of the maize giving the visual attraction whilst the taste and crunch of hemp is enough to keep carp on your spot for days!

No more taking over the kitchen prepping your own particles! All of our particles are shelf life, stored in super easy to-use jars that make it really easy to get out on the bank and catch some carp.

HOW TO USE HEMP & MAIZE
Like most particles, hemp and maize is best used as part of a larger mix, with the aim of attracting fish and holding them on your spot for prolonged periods of time. Hemp in particular is known to hold fish due to the small size of the particle which will leave them digging around in the weed and silt for long periods. For venues that see a lot of bait (particularly day tickets) we would recommend combining it with some high-protein baits from our OG Fish or OG Fruit & Nut ranges.

Royal Mail and our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm
There is an oversize charge of £8 on all rods, sea tripods, chairs and bed chairs

Bank Holiday Collection Schedule
Please note the following adjustments to our collection schedule around bank holidays:
- Collections will take place on the last working day before and the next working day after the bank holiday. (Saturdays are not included as working days).
- If the bank holiday falls on a Friday, the last collection will be on Thursday at 4:00 PM.
- If the bank holiday falls on a Monday, the last collection will be on the previous Friday (provided Friday is not also a bank holiday).

Next Day Service
We will select the most suitable courier for your order based on the items purchased.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday will be dispatched next working day delivery (Tuesday – Friday)
Orders placed Friday before 2pm will be dispatched for Monday delivery, unless Saturday option is selected then it will be dispatched for Saturday service.

*Please note, while we strive to offer next day delivery, it is NOT guaranteed delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Our courier partners will make every effort to deliver your order by the next day any courier delays are out of our control.

If you miss the 1^st delivery attempt, DHL will automatically return the next workday. If you also missed our 2nd delivery attempt, you could collect your parcel at a DHL RegionHub this is held for 1 week before being returned to us.

FedEx
FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper.

Please note; if you have requested the courier to leave in ‘safe place’ we will accept no responsibility if the item goes missing.

Undelivered parcels
(incorrect address)
If an order is returned to us by the courier or Royal Mail due to an incorrect address provided at the checkout, there will be a fee of £10 deducted from the refund. This covers both the cost of sending the item and the return postage. We urge all customers to double-check their shipping details at the time of purchase to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Royal Mail or the courier will make several attempts (refer to couriers above) to deliver your package before it is returned to us. If this item is returned to us there will be a fee of £10 deducted from the refund. This covers both the cost of sending the item and the return postage.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please refuse parcel and ask courier to mark as damaged for return. Please inform us as soon as possible
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to return anything, please inform us and return this item within 30 days of delivery. Any items returned with no information could result in delay in processing – Postage costs are to be met by the customer.
We will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products unused in original condition and packaging.
If in the unlikely event we have sent incorrect goods or the item develops a fault (within manufactural warranty), we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer.
If the item is out of warranty, we will always do your best to help resolve this where possible.
