PENN Tidal is the new and exclusive Surfcasting Series in PENN. Tidal rods stand for everything you need for surfcasting: Super strong but lightweight and responsive 30T carbon blanks that are designed to have the best distance properties and all rods are combined with a Sensitip for showing even the smallest bites. All blanks have been designed with surfcasting experts all over Europe, to ensure you of the best possible blanks – an incredible value for money. The special K-type guides are tangle free and are SW proof to make sure you will not get any issues with casting, even in windy conditions. Next to that, all rods are coming with a comfortable shrink-wrap handle and special casting grip. The range consists of four unique models that can be recognized by color – all being different with respect to the power. The metallic silver PENN Tidal (50-200g) version is made for the lighter fishing styles like e.g. beach ledgering or fishing from a pier where no heavy tackle is required. The metallic green (100-225g) version and metallic blue (100-250g) versions are real all-round surfcasting rods that can be used under any kind of condition. However, when distance and power is all that matters, the metallic red PENN Tidal (100-300g) version is the rod that you need to get the job done.

Bank Holiday Collection Schedule
Please note the following adjustments to our collection schedule around bank holidays:
Collections will take place on the last working day before and the next working day after the bank holiday. (Saturdays are not included as working days).
If the bank holiday falls on a Friday, the last collection will be on Thursday at 4:00 PM.
If the bank holiday falls on a Monday, the last collection will be on the previous Friday (provided Friday is not also a bank holiday).

Next Day Service
We will select the most suitable courier for your order based on the items purchased.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday will be dispatched next working day delivery (Tuesday – Friday)
Orders placed Friday before 2pm will be dispatched for Monday delivery, unless Saturday option is selected then it will be dispatched for Saturday service.

If you miss the 1st delivery attempt, DHL will automatically return the next workday. If you also missed our 2nd delivery attempt, you could collect your parcel at a DHL RegionHub this is held for 1 week before being returned to us.

FedEx
FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper.
Please note; if you have requested the courier to leave in ‘safe place’ we will accept no responsibility if the item goes missing.

Undelivered parcels

If an order is returned to us by the courier or Royal Mail due to an incorrect address provided at the checkout, there will be a fee of £10 deducted from the refund. This covers both the cost of sending the item and the return postage. We urge all customers to double-check their shipping details at the time of purchase to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Royal Mail or the courier will make several attempts (refer to couriers above) to deliver your package before it is returned to us. If this item is returned to us there will be a fee of £10 deducted from the refund. This covers both the cost of sending the item and the return postage.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please refuse parcel and ask courier to mark as damaged for return. Please inform us as soon as possible
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to return anything, please inform us and return this item within 30 days of delivery. Any items returned with no information could result in delay in processing – Postage costs are to be met by the customer.
We will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products unused in original condition and packaging.
If in the unlikely event we have sent incorrect goods or the item develops a fault (within manufactural warranty), we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer.
If the item is out of warranty, we will always do your best to help resolve this where possible.
