Our original Lead Clip was designed to allow your lead to release in situations where you needed it to, such as if you got snagged or a fish went through thick weed. But the lead won’t come off as easily as it will with our Quick Release Lead Clip, and so avoids unnecessarily dumping leads, unless you really need to for the safety of a fish. The plastic retaining arm is strong enough to take even the hardest cast with a heavy lead without fear of it breaking, and the back end of the main body of the Lead Clip has grooves which help the Tail Rubber to stay on and only come off when it needs to. You can alter the ease with which it releases the lead, dependent on how far you push the Tail Rubber onto the body. To achieve an easy release of the lead, you need to ensure that the Lead Clip can’t run freely on the line, and it is designed such that a size 8 Swivel will fit snugly into the nose of it and will remain in place. This is a very safe semi-fixed set-up, and if used correctly will ensure that the fish can always get rid of your lead, even if your main line breaks. The Lead Clip comes in a choice of colours – Clay; Weed; Silt; or Gravel – with ten in each pack.

Bank Holiday Collection Schedule
Please note the following adjustments to our collection schedule around bank holidays:
- Collections will take place on the last working day before and the next working day after the bank holiday. (Saturdays are not included as working days).
- If the bank holiday falls on a Friday, the last collection will be on Thursday at 4:00 PM.
- If the bank holiday falls on a Monday, the last collection will be on the previous Friday (provided Friday is not also a bank holiday).

Next Day Service
We will select the most suitable courier for your order based on the items purchased.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday will be dispatched next working day delivery (Tuesday – Friday)
Orders placed Friday before 2pm will be dispatched for Monday delivery, unless Saturday option is selected then it will be dispatched for Saturday service.

If you miss the 1^st delivery attempt, DHL will automatically return the next workday. If you also missed our 2nd delivery attempt, you could collect your parcel at a DHL RegionHub this is held for 1 week before being returned to us.

FedEx
FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper.

Please note; if you have requested the courier to leave in ‘safe place’ we will accept no responsibility if the item goes missing.

Undelivered parcels
(incorrect address)
If an order is returned to us by the courier or Royal Mail due to an incorrect address provided at the checkout, there will be a fee of £10 deducted from the refund. This covers both the cost of sending the item and the return postage. We urge all customers to double-check their shipping details at the time of purchase to avoid any unnecessary charges.
(Not Collecting)
Royal Mail or the courier will make several attempts (refer to couriers above) to deliver your package before it is returned to us. If this item is returned to us there will be a fee of £10 deducted from the refund. This covers both the cost of sending the item and the return postage.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please refuse parcel and ask courier to mark as damaged for return. Please inform us as soon as possible
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to return anything, please inform us and return this item within 30 days of delivery. Any items returned with no information could result in delay in processing – Postage costs are to be met by the customer.
We will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products unused in original condition and packaging.
If in the unlikely event we have sent incorrect goods or the item develops a fault (within manufactural warranty), we will resolve the problem as fast as possible and refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer.
If the item is out of warranty, we will always do your best to help resolve this where possible.
